Evan Weisberg
Chief Executive Officer
Evan brings over a decade of experience in special needs academic tutoring. Prior to beginning Tutors Who Care, he spent the first leg of his career working as an independent contractor for local, regional and national tutoring companies. Through these experiences, he was able to build a strong foundation, and expertise in tutoring and operations attached to the industry, which drove him to build a new, unique tutoring company, one primarily focused on reaching children with special needs.
His affinity for helping others stems back to his childhood, when he would spend hours on end instilling knowledge and confidence in his peers, helping them to understand and master course material. In addition to academics, Evan has always had a close attachment to helping others. From coaching special-needs children and teenagers in recreational basketball leagues to serving as a certified peer facilitator at the Center for Group Counseling in Boca Raton, he thrives when it comes to educating, motivating, and empowering others.
Evan holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s degree in Special Education from University of Phoenix.
